7.2.2. Cleaning
ATTENTION!
Cleaning must be performed only by qualified and authorized staff.
ATTENTION!
Respect the regulations in force in the country where the equipment is installed as far as washing
water treatment is concerned.
IMPORTANT!
When removing the plug, the operator must be able to check that the plug is indeed disconnected
from any spot he has access to.

7.2.2.2. Cleaning of collection trays
In order to clean the collection trays, proceed as follows:

ACTION

Unscrew and remove the knob (A).

Draw out the (external) tray (B) and the tray (C) (in the baking chamber) and proceed with cleaning.
3
Once the cleaning is over, put the trays back to their places and screw the knob (A) in its place.
