Information
1. Press the Information button to display the information report and listing options.
2. Select required report or list:
> File List
> Demo Page
> Error Log
> Scan to Log
> MFP Usage Report
> Network Info.
3. MFP Usage Report only: use the on-screen arrows or the keypad to specify the
number of copies required.
4. At the prompt, press Yes to print the report/list or press No to cancel the operation
and return to the list of information reports.
Fax
1. Press the FAX button to display the fax report and listing options.
2. Select required report or list:
> Speed Dial List
> Group List
> Journal Report:
(i) Fax Transmit
(ii) Fax Receive
(iii) Fax Tx/Rx
(iv) Journal Daily Report
> F-code Box List
> Block Junk Fax
> Store Doc List
3. At the prompt, press Yes to print the report/list or press No to cancel the operation
and return to the list of fax reports.
Scan
1. Press the SCAN button.
2. Press the E-mail Address button.
3. At the prompt, press Yes to print the list of e-mail addresses or press No to cancel
the operation.
