If your printer is producing blank pages, it could be due to a couple of reasons. One or more of the toner cartridges may be defective or empty, so check the toner cartridges. Alternatively, the wrong media may be in use; ensure that the media type set in the driver matches the media loaded in the machine.

R
Robert MayoAug 30, 2025
Printing may take longer if the machine is set to a slow printing mode, such as when using thick stock. When using regular paper, make sure that the media type is set properly in the driver. Also, the machine may be set to power saving mode, which requires time for printing to start.
