Item Description
[Program (E-mail)] Specify the information for the program
destination to be registered.
[No.] Specify the registration number of the
destination.
[Name] Type in the destination name.
[Destination Information] Specify detailed destination information.

the communication method selected in
the [New Registration] page. For details,
refer to the corresponding page listed
below.
