1 Boot the PC.
2 ConnecttheUSBcabletotheUSBportofthePC.
3 ConnecttheUSBcabletotheconnectingterminalonthe
bottom of the recorder.
• [Remote(Composite)]or[Remote(Storage)]isdisplayedonthe
recorderiftheUSBcableisconnected.
AfterconnectingtherecordertoyourPC,itwillbepoweredthroughtheUSB
cable.
WhenconnectedtoaPC,thebuilt-inmemoryandSDcardwillberecognized
bythePCasseparateremovablediskdrives.
Notes
• NEVERremovethecardordisconnecttheUSBcablewhilethestatus
indicatorlightisflashing.Ifyoudo,thedatawillbedestroyed.
• SomePC’smaynotsupplysufficientpowerandtherecorderfailsto
connect.RefertoyourPCuser’smanualregardingtheUSBportonyourPC.
• DonotconnecttherecordertoaPCbyusingaUSBhub.Makesureto
connecttoaUSBportonyourPC.
• Makesuretopushthecableconnectorallthewayin.Otherwise,the
recordermaynotoperateproperly.
