Disablingautomaticstart:
1 Right-clicktheDeviceDetectorinthe
SystemTrayinthelower-rightcornerof
thescreen,thenselect[Settings...].
2 Click[ODMS Dictation Module].
• Thecheckmarkon[ODMSDictationModule]
disappears.
Manual start:
1 Clickthe[start]button,thenselect[All
Programs].
• Allprogrammenuwillbedisplayed.
2 Select[Olympus Dictation
Management System], then click
[Dictation Module].
Macintosh
Disablingautomaticstart:
1 ClicktheDock’sSystemPreferences.
2 ClickDeviceDetector.
3 Turntheautomaticstartupsettingto
Off.
Manual start:
1 DoubleclicktheDSSPlayericonforthe
folderin[Application] →[DSS Player].
2 Registeruserinformation.
• Theuser’sregistrationscreenwillbedisplayed
atthetimeofinitialstartup.Inputtheserial
number.Theserialnumberisfoundonthe
sealattachedtotheCD-ROMpackageforthe
DSSPlayersoftware.Afterthenumberisinput,
click[OK]tocompletetheregistration.
