  If your Omni Desktop flow computer doesn't power on, there could be a power, fuse, or line issue. Try using a spare power supply for troubleshooting. If it still doesn't power on, check the fuses and lines. Alternatively, faulty field wiring might be loading down the system. Remove all I/O and communication cards, leaving only the front panel, CPU, and PSU connected, then reapply power. If it powers on, power it off and inspect and install each I/O board one at a time. If it still doesn't power on, replace the PSU.

If there is normal front panel functionality through OMNIPANEL, inspect the front panel ribbon cable for damage and bent pins, and verify it's installed with the correct orientation.

Check under Meter to see if the K-Factor value was configured and whether the K-factor curve was properly configured.
