(3) Short decelera-
tion time for the mo-
ment of inertial of the
load.
Recalculate the deceleration torque from the
moment of inertia of the load and the decel-
eration time.
Lengthen the deceleration time
(3004Hex-09Hex, 3005Hex-0CHex,
3005Hex-0EHex, 3005Hex-10Hex,
3008Hex-39Hex).
Enable Anti-regenerative Control Func-
tion Selection (3008Hex-46Hex) or
Over-Excitation Control Selection during
Deceleration Function Selection
(3008Hex-48Hex).
Enable torque limit (3004Hex-29Hex,
3004Hex-2AHex, 3005Hex-1
1Hex,
3005Hex-12Hex).
Set 1st Rated Voltage at Base Frequen-
cy (3004Hex-06Hex*) to 0, and increase
braking performance.
Consider use of braking resistor.
(4) Short accelera-
tion time
Check if an overvoltage alarm occurs at the
end of sudden acceleration.
Lengthen the acceleration time
(3004Hex-08Hex, 3005Hex-0BHex,
3005Hex-0DHex, 3005Hex-0FHex).
Use Acceleration/Deceleration Pattern
Selection (3008Hex-08Hex).
Consider use of braking resistor.
(5) High braking load Compare load braking torque and inverter
braking torque.
Set 1st Rated Voltage at Base Frequen-
cy (3004Hex-06Hex*) to 0, and increase
braking performance.
Consider use of braking resistor.
(6) Output has a
ground fault
If this operates correctly when run with wiring
removed from the inverter output terminal (U,
V
, W).
Check that the output wiring or the mo-
tor do not have a ground fault.
If an overvoltage is displayed when run with
wiring removed from the inverter output ter-
minal (U, V, W).
This indicates an inverter fault possibili-
ty. Replace the inverter
.
(7) Malfunction be-
cause of noise
Check that the Main Circuit DC Voltage at
the time of overvoltage is at or below the
overvoltage level.
Implement measures against noise.
Enable Retry Count at Trip
(3008Hex-05Hex).
Connect a surge absorber to coils, sole-
noids, etc. in magnetic contactors that
are the cause of noise.
