(1) There is an incorrect parame-
ter setting.
Check the setting of 1st Motor
Pole Number (3007-02 hex).
→ Set 1st Motor Pole Number
(3007-02 hex)* according to the
motor
.
Check the setting of
1st
Maximum Frequency (3004-04
hex).
→ Set 1st Maximum Frequency
(3004-04 hex) according to the
output frequency.
Check the settings of Speed
limit 1 in Forward (3014-21 hex)
and Speed limit 2 in Reverse
(3014-22 hex).
→ Disable the settings of Speed
limit 1 in Forward (3014-21 hex)
and Speed limit 2 in Reverse
(3014-22 hex).
Check the setting of Overspeed
Error Detection Level (3014-24
hex).
→ Set Overspeed Error
Detection Level (3014 -24 hex)
to 120%.
Set the frequency reference so
that the output frequency does
not exceed the value of
Overspeed Error Detection
Level (3014-24 hex).
(2) The gain of the speed control-
ler is insufficient.
Check if the speed overshoots in
high-speed operation.
→ Increase the value of
Speed
control 1 P Gain (3014-04 hex)
for the speed controller. (Review
the filters and integration time
settings depending on the situa-
tion.)
Set the speed controller gain ap-
propriately.
(3) Noise is superimposed on the
PG signal.
Check the PG signal input moni-
tor and determine measures
against noise (grounding condi-
tion, signal line/main circuit wir-
ing installation method, etc.).
→ Take measures against noise.
Excessive noise may be generat-
ed around the inverter. Consider
taking measures against noise.
