cient.
Check the values of 1st
Acceleration Time 1
(3004-08
hex), 2nd Acceleration Time 1
(3005-0B hex), 1st Acceleration
Time 2 (3005-0D hex), 2nd
Acceleration Time 2 (3005-0F
hex), 1st PM motor reference
current at starting (3007-4B
hex).
→ Set an acceleration time ac-
cording to the load.
→ Increase the starting current
command value.
→ Set 1st PM motor control
switching level (3007-5A hex)
to a higher value.
Set the acceleration/deceleration
time as long as possible to re-
duce the load. Or set a longer
stop time to reduce the load.
(5) The load is small. Check the value of 1st PM
motor reference current at
starting (3007-48 hex).
→ Lower the starting current
command value. To operate the
motor alone in a test run, set the
value to 80% or less.
Select a motor and an inverter
according to the load.
(6) There is a phase loss in the
connecting line between the in-
verter and the motor.
Correct the inverter and motor
correctly.
Wire the output wiring of the in-
verter (U, V, and W).
