6-2 Protect Level
Four levels of protection are provided on the E5@C-T, operation/adjustment protect, initial setting/com-
munications protect, setting change protect, and PF key protect. These protect levels prevent unwanted
operation of the keys on the front panel in varying degrees.
The password to move to the Protect Level is entered for this parameter.

The Password to Move to Protect Level password
must not be set to 0.
• If the correct password is entered, the Operation/Adjustment Protect parameter is
displayed.
