Maintenance and Inspection

After replacing the Servo Drive, transfer to the new Servo Drive all data needed to resume

operation, before restarting the operation.

Equipment damage may result.

Never repair the Servo Drive by disassembling it.

Electric shock or injury may result.

Be sure to turn OFF the power supply when the Servo Drive is not going to be used for a

prolonged period of time.
