5.2 Laser Key Shutoff
After ensuring that the interlocks work properly, you should test that the laser key functions correctly.
2. Turn off the engraver after the test is done.
1. Perform the same procedure as before but,
instead of opening the cover or tray, turn
and remove the laser key.
The laser should stop completely. If it
continues to engrave the design without the
key in place, the automatic shutoff is not
working and must be repaired before the
engraver can be used. Turn off the machine
and contact our technical support team.
