Job Parameter Descriptions
JOB NAME
Once a job has been created, you can use this option to change the name of
the job. The steps for renaming the job are identical to those described in
“Adding a new job” on page 32.
ACTIVATION MODE
This job parameter determines the method used for scanning an envelope in
the extraction section. When the criteria for the particular mode is satisfied, the
envelope is declared empty and is transported to the Verifier.
To make an activation mode change, use the Arrow buttons to select
ACTIVATION MODE in the SELECT JOB OPTION menu (Figure 36) and press
Enter. The SELECT ACTIVATION menu will appear and the current activation
choice will be highlighted.

If a change is desired, move the cursor to the new activation mode and press
Enter. To quit without making a change, press the Cancel button. Activation
modes are:
Content mode
On the SELECT ACTIVATION screen (Figure 39), use the arrow buttons to
highlight CONTENT and press Enter. The Content mode screen appears.
