1.4 Switching the machine on
INFORMATION
The machine cannot be started, if the drill chuck guard is not closed and the locking pin
of integrated drill drift is in drifting position.
Switch on the master switch.
Select the gear stage
Set the height of drill chuck guard and close the drill chuck guard.
Switch on the control voltage .
Press the push button to turn on the spindle rotation.
1.5 Switching off the machine
CAUTION!
Only press the emergency-stop button in a genuine emergency. You should not use the
emergency stop button to stop the machine during normal operation.
Actuate the push button .
For a long-term standstill of the machine switch it off at the master switch.
1.6 Speed
INFORMATION
Observe the range selection of the speed on speed table at the drilling head.
The range selection of the speed is selected by means of the gear selector switches.
Only switch during standstill of drilling spindle.
Set the speed using the rotary knob in the control panel while the drilling spindle is running.
The speed is shown in the display.
1.7 Spindle sleeve feed
CAUTION!
Danger by bumping due to the drill levers at the end of the manual or automatic spindle
sleeve feed The return spring biases and discharges the stored energy.
1.7.1 Manual spindle sleeve feed
Move the sleeve downward by means of the spindle sleeve lever. The sleeve is returned to its
initial position by means of the spring force.
