4.19 Tool change
4.19.1 Installation
WARNING!
Disconnect the machine and ensure that it cannot be switched on again .
Clean the grip cone in the spindle sleeve and the tool cone before inserting the tool.
Insert the tool cone into the spindle sleeve.
The tenons on the spindle sleeve must sink into both grooves on the tool-holder.
Screw the draw-in rod in firmly.

4.19.2 Disassembly
Release the thread of the draw-in rod.
You can immobilise the spindle during the unfitting process by activating the spindle brake.
Remove tool.
Possibly remove the tool with slide impacts of a rubber mallet on the draw-in rod from the
taper of the sleeve.
