System Warning – SMTP Setting.
The SMTP is Short for Simple Mail Transfer Protocol. It is a protocol for e-mail
transmission across the Internet. Please refer to RFC 821 - Simple Mail Transfer Protocol.
System Warning – SMTP Setting interface
The following table describes the labels in this screen.
Label Description
E-mail Alarm
Enable/Disable transmission system warning events by e-mail.
Sender E-mail Address
The SMTP server IP address
Mail Subject
The Subject of the mail
Authentication
Username: the authentication username.
Password: the authentication password.
Confirm Password: re-enter password.
Recipient E-mail Address
The recipient's E-mail address. It supports 6 recipients for a
mail.
Apply
Click “Apply” to set the configurations.
