Transmission warning
The electronics of the gearbox block the functions of the selector lever and ensure that
the gearbox selects a 'safe gear'. Drive the vehicle to a safe place as soon as possible
and switch off the ignition. It is possible the gearbox no longer shifts the gearbox to
neutral.
In some cases a gearbox fault can be reset by switching off the ignition for 30 seconds
and then restarting the engine. If the transmission warning symbol does not disappear
from the master display, consult a DAF Service dealer.
