under the Support section

The most recent Palm V handheld HelpNotes on your regional
web site
If you are still having problems, contact Technical Support. For US
and International telephone numbers, see the Technical Support card
that comes with your handheld.
Note:
Thousands of third-party add-on applications have been
written for the Palm OS
®
handhelds. Unfortunately, we are not
able to support such a large number of third-party
applications.
If you are having a problem with a third-party
application, please contact the developer or publisher of that
software.
