Each public CO line
port (channel) can use a different method of directing calls to their destinations as they
are received.

such as an operator, based on the CO line
carrying the call.

Directs a call received on a DID line to a
preprogrammed destination based on the
telephone number dialed by the caller.

Inward Dialing)
Calling Line Identification (CLI) distribution is the most customizable call distribution method available. It
allows calls from specific people to be directed to specific destinations, based on the callers’ telephone
numbers. CLI distribution, when enabled for the current time mode, takes precedence over DIL or DID
distribution.
