S
Samantha CarrSep 12, 2025
If you are having trouble with some features on your Panasonic Telephone, it might be because system management has restricted them. In this case, you should consult your manager. Alternatively, the feature numbers might have changed, so confirm the revised number and try again.

Why can't I set the IP address on my Panasonic PBX?
A
Amanda RodriguezSep 12, 2025
If you cannot set the IP address, subnet mask address, and PBX IP address to the IP-PT on your Panasonic PBX, it may be because an unusable value is being set. Ensure you set an IP address within the valid range:
* IP address of the IP-PT/PBX: "1.0.0.0" to "223.255.255.255"
* Subnet mask address: "0–255.0–255.0–255.0–255" (except "0.0.0.0" and "255.255.255.255")

Why can't the IP-PT connect to the Panasonic KX-NS1000?
S
Scott ScottSep 12, 2025
If the IP-PT cannot connect to the Panasonic PBX, here are some things to consider:
* The wrong IP address, subnet mask address, PBX IP address, or default gateway address was entered: Check each parameter and enter the correct value.
* The Ethernet cable is not connected correctly: Check the Ethernet cable connections.
* The DHCP server is not active: Restart the external DHCP server. Confirm whether the DHCP Server feature is enabled. Disable DHCP and re-enter settings as appropriate.
