What to do if extensions (except IP-PT/ SIP phone) do not operate on Panasonic PBX?

Several issues could be at play. The extension card might be defective, and require replacement. There could be a poor connection between the PBX and the extension, take the extension and plug it into the same extension port using a short telephone cord. If the extension works, then the connection between the PBX and the extension must be repaired. If a telephone with an A-A1 relay is connected, ensure a 2-wire cord is used and that the A-A1 relay switch is in the 'OUT' or 'OFF' position. Lastly, the extension itself might be malfunctioning, take the extension and plug it into another extension port that is working. If the extension does not work, replace the extension.
