4.1 Basic Operations
Receiving Calls
1. Lift the handset or press the SP-PHONE button.
or
1. Press a flashing CO or INTERCOM button directly.
• The CO or INTERCOM indicator light turns steady green.
Conditions
• There are three types of Line Preference for incoming calls (— No Line/Prime CO
Line
/Ringing Line). Each preference can be selected by Station Programming.
• Helpful hints for Handsfree (speakerphone) operation are noted in the “Handsfree
Operation” feature.
