Formats the card (initialization).

Resets the file number of the next recording to 0001.

Information]

[Copyright Holder] [ON]/`[OFF]/[SET]
[Display Copyright Info.]
Records the names of the artist and the copyright holder in
the image Exif data.
0 You can register names from [SET] in [Artist] and
[Copyright Holder].

0 Up to 63 characters may be entered.

[Display Copyright Info.].
