Here are some of the basic indications which
appear in the Palmcorder EVF.
They will not be recorded on the tape.

REC (record)
FF (fast forward)
PLAY
REW (rewind)

"E - - - F" appears when the Battery Pack is
fully charged.
As the battery charge is consumed, the
indicator changes: "E - - F", "E - F".
"BATTERY" will flash for several minutes
and then "E F" and "BATTERY" will flash
for several seconds prior to automatic power
shut off.
A battery recharge is now necessary.
END
This indicator llashes when the tape is about
to end in REC mode.
TAPE
If the record tab is missing, this indicator will
flash and recording will not start.
DEW
If excessive moisture condenses in the unit,
it will not operate. This indicator will flash for
several seconds and the Palmcorder will
automatically turn OFF. In this case, wait
until the indicator no longer flashes when
your Palmcorder is turned on again.
