Radio relay
This element is necessary to relay the radio waves between the technical room and the home. It also measures the external temperature. With
its forms and natural colours designed for outdoors, it can be placed in the garden (in a vegetable bed or on its clip, screwed to a wall). The
battery autonomy is around 1 year. If there is a large distance or a garden with a great deal of elevation, one or several radio relays can be added
(see p33).
1: Wall clip fixing holes 2: Wall clip trap grooves
3: Air temperature sensor 4: Radio antenna
5: Battery access tab 6: Tub
7 : Identification tag (internal) 8: Battery holder contacts
9: Jump position 9A: The air temperature is transmitted
9B: The air temperature is not transmitted (necessary for adding a second radio relay, see p31).
Only use high-quality alkaline batteries
resistant to temperatures above +70 ° C
(for example PROCELL Duracell)
