Reproduction or translation, even partial, is forbidden without the written consent of Peugeot Motocycles
- Remove the wheel spindle nut and
washer.
Tightening torque: 110 Nm.
When re-installing, use a new nut.
- Remove the brake linings (2).
- Remove the adjusting nut, the barrel (3) and
the brake control cable (4).
- Remove the brake arm (5), the brake
cam (6) and the spring (7).
Reassembly
Lubricate the brake cam spindle and fit
it into the casing.
- Fit the brake arm (5) by aligning it with the
brake cam axis (6).
Tightening torque: 8 Nm.
- Slightly lubricate the brake cam and pin.
- Install the brake linings (3).
- Install the spring (7).
- Install the brake control cable, the barrel and
the adjusting nut (4).
- Refit the other items in the reverse order to
disassembly.
