• Read the signal value on the display of the photobioreactor control unit (Fig. 17B), wait until it is stable and confirm
this value by pressing the “S” key.
• Repeat the same procedure with buffer solution of pH = 10.
• When calibration is done, press the “M” key to get back to the main menu.
• Optional: Calibration accuracy may be verified by plunging the electrode in the same calibration solutions of
known pH (pH value in between 7 and 10).
