Parts Required:
1 x Control Knob (#19)
Installation:
• Mount the Control Knob to the front panel of the unit. Push the
Control knob firmly into the front panel until firmly seated.
IMPORTANT: Make certain to align the flat portion of the stem
with the flat portion of the Control Knob. This will ensure a proper
connection to the electrical components.

Parts Required:
1 x Grease Tray (#14)
Installation:
• Slide the Grease Tray into the opening below the front control panel
of the unit. Ensure the grease tray sits properly on the rails.

Parts Required:
1 x Zip-tie (#F)
Installation:
• Loop the Zip-tie through the outside edge hole of the front-right
Support Leg and around the regulator tubing.
NOTE: When the smoker is not connected to a gas supply, this will
assist in keeping the regulator head off the ground.
• The unit is now completely assembled.

Parts Required:
1 x Wood Chip Tray Lid (#11)
1 x Wood Chip Tray Assembly (#12)
Installation:
• Insert the wood chip tray lid into the lid slots on the wood chip tray
assembly and flip the lid down so it closes. Note illustrations in 13.
• Slide the assembled wood chip tray into the opening above the front
control panel of the unit. Note 13.
