What are print modes
As well as printing postage, your device uses other ways to print and feed mail. Tap Print Mode in the
Envelope Printing app to see the available options.

Date and Time Stamp - Print just the date and time. Your device will not print any postage.

Graphic only - Print a graphic. Your device will not charge you for printing a graphic only.

Postage printing - Postage printing is the default mode for printing mail.

Seal only - Seal your envelopes. Your device will not print when you select Seal Only.

Permit mode - Prints Postage Paid Impressions (PPI) to your mail. You must have a Permit ID
which you obtain from Royal Mail.
Printing a custom or standard graphic
Customise your mail by adding a custom logo or standard graphic.
Uploading Custom graphics
You can upload a graphic via Your Account. Sign in to the Pitney Bowes Your Account online portal.
Downloading Custom Graphics
Tap SendPro Apps on the Home screen, then tap Rates and Updates. Your graphic downloads will
then be available for printing.
