FRONT BUMPER
FRONT BUMPER REMOVAL / INSTALLATION
Removal Procedure
1. Disconnect the headlight wire harness connectors.
2. Remove the two screws

securing the front bumper
to the upper frame.
3. Remove the two bottom screws
q
from the front
bumper.
4. Remove the two plastic rivets
w
securing the front
bumper to the front cab.
5. Remove the front bumper as an assembly.
Installation Procedure
1. Reinstall the front bumper assembly. Align the upper
screw holes with the frame and install the screws.
2. Align the lower screw holes with the frame and install
the screws.
3. Install the plastic rivets.
4. Reconnect the headlight wire harness connectors.
