  If your POLYtij Printer isn't printing, ensure that you have initiated the printing process by clicking the 'Start printing' button and that a file has been selected for printing. Also, verify that a cartridge is installed and not used up or damaged, replacing it if necessary. Check the printing delay value, and inspect the photocell and encoder for proper functionality and connections. If the ink cartridge is installed but used up or has the wrong dealer code, replace it with a new one.

  If your POLYtij Printer won't turn on, ensure the AC power input to the adapter is correct and the DC output is well-connected to the printer. Check if the power adapter light is normal; if it's dead, dim, or blinking, replace the adapter. Also, verify that the printer's power switch is turned ON. If the problem persists, the device may be damaged, and you should contact your local dealer or after-sale service.

How to fix broken or white lines on POLYtij S1i?

Why is my POLYtij S1i printing only half of the image?

  If the first half of your print from the POLYtij Printer is complete but the latter half is incomplete, it could be due to the ink running out or air bubbles blocking the nozzles. Check the status bar for a low ink alarm. If there is no alarm, return to Sojet for testing.
