Function 17 (11 Hex)—Report Slave ID
This returns a description of the device present at the slave address. Because
POWERLOGIC device IDs consist of two bytes, the slave ID for any POWERLOGIC
device will be 100 (64 hex), and the device ID or address will be returned as Addi-
tional Data Hi and Lo.
