faulty wiring.

The driver is open or shorted.

Address the possible
causes, then cycle the
keyswitch.

A driver output is being used for
two or more functions.
A driver assignment conflict is
detected.
 Resolve the driver conflict,
then cycle the keyswitch.

The emergency reverse switch
was on when the keyswitch was
powered on.
The operator turned the
keyswitch on while the
emergency reverse switch was
on.

Turn off the emergency
reverse switch, then cycle
the keyswitch.
