1 Device description

KDC1905 keyboard is a combination of 1805 keyboard and digital control panel in one housing. The system has

been designed for small intercom systems – only one line of devices. The system can be used, apart from the PBX

keypad, up to 6 satellite keyboards, so the system can be extended with additional inputs. KDC1905 is compatible

with existing Proel installations – it fully replaces KDC18xx series keyboards together with NORMAL type PBXes.

The device cooperates with all previously produced decoders. Installation has been simplified as much as possible –

the basic one will consist of KDC1905 keyboard with PBX, transformer and two-wire line of apparatus.

KDC1905 product features:

 integration of PBX and keyboard module in one device

 classic design, continuing the KDC18XX series

 robust metal housing

 touch-sensitive strain gauge keyboard, used in KDC3000 series top-of-the-line cassettes, the keyboard is

designed for use by blind people

 proximity tag reader ‘RFID’ and the optional ‘Dallas’ tag reader

 microSD memory card reader

 electronic control of microphone sensitivity, loudspeaker gain and balance (removal of crosstalk)

 autosilencer system – automatic tuning of the audio track during conversation

 possibility of opening any lock (OC output) from the device and lock button (in configuration with several

satellites)

 operation of reverse locks and electromagnetic jumpers without the use of external relays

 possibility to update the software through microSD card
