Why is my ProMinent Industrial Electrical showing 'Control signal > Imax'?

  The 'Control signal > Imax' message appears because the pump is in ‘Analogue’ operating mode-'xx side band', a fault behavior has been programmed in the ‘Analogue’ menu, and the control current has risen above 20 mA. To resolve this, clear the cause of the high control current or switch the programming of the fault behavior to ‘off’. See chapter "Set Up"-"Settings"-"Operating mode"-"Analogue".

  If the message ‘Temperature’ appears and the pump remains idle, it indicates that the ambient temperature is too high. Lower the ambient temperature. The pump starts up automatically. It can also indicate that the temperature is too high, so rectify the cause. The pump starts up automatically.

  If the pump does not prime despite full stroke motion and bleeding, it could be due to: * Minor crystalline deposits on the ball seat caused by the valves drying out. In this case, take the suction hose out of the storage tank and thoroughly flush out the liquid end. * Serious crystalline deposits on the ball seat caused by the valves drying out. In this case, dismantle the valves and clean them, referring to the "Repair" chapter.
