Assurance Log.
Write “CX”, depending
upon the Control Vial used
and lot number, and the
operator’s initials on the
peel-off FastPack
®
IP label.
E.g., C1 for Control Level 1
or C2 for Control Level 2.
Invert Control Vial 6-8
times before opening.
