3. Balance the load cells. For more information, see “Balancing the Load Cells” on page 23.
4. If, after completing the above steps, the load cells are still reporting different weights, please
contact Quantronix Technical Assistance at +1 801-451-7000.
No Zero Indicator
Complete the following steps if the zero indicator is not lighting.
1. Make sure that the glass platform is free of all objects.
2. Make sure that there are no objects on or leaning against the frame.
3. Make sure the glass platform is securely in place.
4. Make sure the ball cups are properly aligned.
5. Make sure the frame is free-floating, and not touching or resting on any other parts.
6. Verify that no vibration or air movement is affecting the CubiScan 125.
7. Make sure that all the controller box cables are securely attached.
8. Make sure that all load cell summing box cables are securely attached.
9. Zero the CubiScan 125 by tapping the
[Zero] button that is found on the main screen. When
you zero the CubiScan 125, make sure the platform is free of all objects.
10. If the zero indicator will still not light, calibrate the scale. For information on calibrating the
scale, see “Scale Calibration” on page 14.
11. If, after completing the above steps, the zero indicator is still not lighting, please contact
