The Unscheduled Flow Limit is the maximum flow that the RME EAGLE will
allow whenever the RME EAGLE controller is not in use. This feature is used
when a Normally Open Master Valve has been installed and you wish to have a
small amount of water available for manual use.
When Unscheduled Flow Limit is used with a Normally Closed Master Valve, as
in our example, the limit should be set to zero GPM.

This completes our simple setup of the Flow Monitoring features of the RME
EAGLE controller. The RME EAGLE has additional flow monitoring features,
including flow reading delays, a station LEARN mode, and Percentage
adjustments. These features are covered in the General Programming section
of the User Manual.
