Preliminary Remarks
 The required characteristics of the network analyzer are checked after a warm-up time of at least
60 minutes; this ensures that the guaranteed data is met.
 The values stated in the following sections are not guaranteed data; only the specifications in the data
sheet are binding.
 The values in the data sheet are guaranteed limits. Because of the measurement errors that arise,
these limits must be increased to encompass the tolerances of the measuring equipment used for
the performance test.
 Entries for the measurement are represented in the following way:

Press a front-panel key, e.g. [SPAN]

Press a softkey, e.g. [MARKER -> PEAK]

Enter a value + terminate the entry with a unit, e.g. [12 kHz]

Represents the number of the PORT under test, e.g. 1 for PORT 1.
Consecutive entries are separated with a [ : ], e.g. [ Meas Bandwidth : 1 kHz]
 The sequence of test measurements must be followed because on some measurements the
ZVA under test is used as test equipment. Because of this procedure no spectrum analyzer
FSU40, FSU50, or FSU67 is necessary.
