bridgewired(RayNet)andwireless(BoatWi-Fi)connections,andinstead
routespacketsbetweenthetwonetworks.
Thismeansthat:
•Third-partyhardwarethatusesmDNScanuseawired(RayNet)connection
totherouterandbediscoverablebyitscompanionappthatisinstalledon
adeviceconnectedtotherouter’swireless(BoatWi-Fi)connection.
•Third-partyhardwarethatdoesnotusemDNSrequiresawireless(Boat
Wi-Fi)connectiontotherouterforittobediscoverablebyitscompanion
app.
•Third-partyhardwarewherethecompanionappsupportsfixedIP
addressingfordiscoverycanusewired(RayNet)connectiontotherouter.

Axiom™MFDsandRaymarineY achtSense™DigitalControlSystems.
