Important:
IPconfigurationisforadvancedusersandshouldnotbechanged,
unlessforaspecificreason.Disablingautomaticconfigurationwillaffect
compatibilitywithRaymarineMFDs.
The ConfigureIPoptionsare:
•Automatically(DHCPon)—Thisistherecommendedsettingwhichallows
IPaddressestobeautomaticallyassignedtoconnecteddevicesbythe
routerusingIPaddresseswithintherangespecifiedintheDHCPserver.
• Manually(DHCPon)—Thissettingallowsyoutomanuallyconfigurethe
router’sLANIPaddress,subnetmaskanddefaultgatewayandallows
connectingdevicestobeautomaticallyassignedanIPaddresswithinthe
rangeyouspecifyintheDHCPserver.
• Manually(DHCPoff)—Thissettingsallowsyoutomanuallyconfigurethe
router’sLANIPAddress,subnetmaskanddefaultgatewaybutdoesnot
assignIPaddressestoconnecteddevices.
Note:
WithDHCPswitchedoffeachwireddevicewillhavetobemanually
