Performinganetworksettingsreset
Ifyouhavelostorcannolongerremembertherouter’sadminpasswordyou
canperformanetworkingresetfollowingthestepsbelow.
Note:
P
erforming
anetworkingresetwillrevertallcustomizedWi-Fiandethernet
settingsandtheadminpasswordtotheirfactorydefaultsettings.Allother
settingswillremainunchanged.
Withtherouterpoweredon:
1.Insertapapercliporasmallscrewdriverintothehardresetholelocated
onthebottomrightoftherouter
.
2. Pressinandholdforapproximately2secondsuntilthefirst5LEDsturn
offandthenblinkgreenoncesimultaneously.
3.Removethepaperclip/screwdriver.
Duringtheresetprocessthefirst5LEDswillturnsolidamber.Oncethe
PowerLEDturnsolidgreenthenetworkingresetiscomplete.
7.9Performingahardreset
Iftherouter’swebuserinterfacebecomesinaccessiblethenyoucanperform
ahardresetoftherouterfollowingthestepsbelow.
Note:
•P
erforming
afactoryresetwillremoveallcustomizedsettingsandreset
theroutertoitsfactorydefaultsettings.
•Beforeperformingahardresettrypowercyclingtheroutertoseeif
thatfixestheproblem.
Withtherouterpoweredon:
1.Insertapapercliporasmallscrewdriverintothehardresetholelocated
onthebottomrightoftherouter
.
2.Pressinandholdforapproximately7secondsuntilthefirst5LEDsturn
offandthenblinkgreenoncesimultaneously.
3.Removethepaperclip/screwdriver.
Duringtheresetprocessthefirst5LEDswillturnsolidamber.Oncethe
PowerLEDturnsolidgreentherouterwillberesettoitsfactorydefault
settingsandreadytouse.
