FACEPLATE INSTALLATION
1
1. Bend the four mounting tabs on the outer box F
ront 90° forward.
There
are two tabs per side.
2. Bend the tabs on the left and right nailing fl anges
90° forward.
There are
two tabs per nailing fl ange. These tabs are used to stop fi nishing material
from interfering with the faceplate mounts.
Faceplate - Finishing:
The fi nishing material can be brought to the top of the fi replace. A 1/2” gap must be maintained on the sides to allow the Faceplate to be installed. The
fi nishing material must not protrude past the front face of the fi replace. Follow the steps below to install.
