This device is equipped with a door lock. The locking mechanism prevents the device from
being started when in an unsafe state.
The device can only be started when the door is closed.
It is only possible to open the door when the device has come to a halt.

Possibility of acoustic signals not being heard
Loud grinding noises
Possible acoustic alarms and voice communication might not be heard.
Consider the volume of the grinding noise in relation to other
acoustic signals in the work environment. Additional visual signals
may be used.
Hearing damage
A high sound level may be generated depending on the type of material, the
grinding set used, the grinding frequency set and the duration of the grinding
Excessive noise in terms of level and duration can cause impairments or
permanent damage to hearing.
Ensure that suitable noise protection measures are taken, or wear
ear protection.
Sound parameters:
The sound parameters are influenced by the properties of the sample material and the rotation
speed.
