10.1.1 Cleaning the Grinding Set
The cleaning of the grinding set consisting of the grinding chamber cartridge (MK), the retaining
frame with the sieve insert (SR) and the rotor (RO) should be carried out regularly.
Remove the grinding set from the grinding chamber ( Chapter "Removing the Grinding
Set")

Cleaning the grinding chamber cartridge:
The grinding chamber cartridge (MK) can be cleaned with alcohol, petrol or normal household
detergent. The grinding chamber cartridge is also dishwasher suitable.
Cleaning the retaining frame:
For thorough cleaning of the retaining frame for 360° sieve inserts, it is recommended to
separate the sieve insert (SB) from the retaining frame (SR).
Remove the three M5 hexagon socket countersunk head screws.
Remove the front retaining frame to remove the 360° sieve insert.
