E-mail Reception
You can receive Internet Fax docu-
ments manually using the {Job Infor-
mation} key. Newly-arrived e-mail is
printed out when received manually.
Note
 E-mail can also be received manu-
ally using the User Function keys.

 The machine cannot receive e-mail
that has attached files. For details
about limitations on received e-
mail and printed images, see p.54

Reference <Basic Features>.
A Press the {Job Information} key.
B Select [Manual E-mail Reception] us-
ing {U} or {T}, and then press the
{OK} key.
C Press the {Start} key.
The machine searches the mail
server for the new e-mail.
E-mail is in the server
A The e-mail starts printing.
The printed image is saved in
memory.
E-mail is not in the server
A Press [Exit].
The "Job Information" display
appears.
