RDS (Remote Diagnostic System)
If your machine has a problem, a
service representative can perform
various diagnostic tasks over the tele-
phone line from the service station to
try to find out what is wrong with
your machine. The service represent-
ative can also use RDS to change
some of your machine's settings if
you request it. When the machine is
shipped, this feature is turned on.
A Press the {User Tools/Counter} key.
B Select [Fax Features] using {U} or
{T}, and then press the {OK} key.
C Select [Key Operator Tools] using
{U} or {T}, and then press the
{OK} key.
D Select [RDS On/Off] using {U} or
{T}, and then press the {OK} key.
E Select [On] or [Off] using {U} or
{T}, and then press the {OK} key.
The display returns to that of step
D.
F Press the {User Tools/Counter} key.
The standby display appears.
