Adjusts the voltage applied to the development roller for the ID sensor
pattern. The voltage applied is obtained by adding SP2-201-002 to
SP2-201-001. The setting affects ID sensor pattern density, which in turn
affects the toner supply.

b) Vref: the target TD output value Vts (SP2-926) + correction for ID sensor
output.
The TD sensor output value changes every copy. If a > b, toner is supplied
to the development unit.
