Record your maintenance using the maintenance checklist included in Appendix 2 The entire
cleaning operation will take no more than 10 to 15 minutes. Do not take a break during this
process as you will be exposing the Print Heads to air for an extended time.
Before the cleaning operation, obtain the Cleaning applicators. These are low lint urethane
cleaning swabs made for RICOH Ri 3000/Ri 6000 Maintenance cleaning. Discard Soiled Cleaning
Applicators after use. We also recommend some lint free wipes, Ricoh authorized Cleaning
Solution and lubricant.
